Thank you for shopping with SarvaCrafts.

Every item is carefully inspected before it’s packed and shipped — please review the details below before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges: As most of our products are handcrafted and made to order in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing.

About Handcrafted Variations: Because our products are handmade, you may notice small differences in color, texture, weave, or finish compared to the photos on the Site. These variations are part of the handcrafted process and reflect the uniqueness of each piece — they are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

1. Take clear photos (and an unboxing video, if possible) of the item and its packaging.
2. Email us at info@sarvacrafts.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll arrange either a replacement of the same item or store credit if a replacement isn’t available. A refund will only be issued if neither option is possible, and will be processed within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.

Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund:

• Claims raised more than 24 hours after delivery
• Color differences caused by screen or lighting settings
• Minor variations that are a natural part of the handcrafted process
