Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹499 (non-refundable)
Damaged or Tampered Packages If a parcel arrives visibly opened, tampered with, or damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately at info@sarvacrafts.com with your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as we can.
Order Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen stock or fulfilment issues; if this happens, we’ll notify you and process any refund promptly.
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@sarvacrafts.com or +91 9910473927 with your order number.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been dispatched.
